The new Russian-Belarusian LMS-192 "Osvay" aircraft, with a capacity of 19 passengers, is planned for certification in 2029. This was announced by the head of Rosaviatsiya, Dmitry Yadrov.

The "Osvay" aircraft is a Russian-Belarusian project. Certification is scheduled for the end of 2029.

Yadrov added that the certification of the 9-seater LMS-901 "Baikal" is in its final stages. Rosaviatsiya expects the aircraft to cover the "last mile market" in Russian regions.

We believe this will be implemented within the third quarter of next year, including the domestic power plant.

Initially, Russia planned to build 158 "Osvay" aircraft by 2030, but then the plans were reduced to 28 units — volumes decreased by 5.5 times.

The cost of a "dry" flight hour for the LMS-901 will be from 190 thousand rubles, including leasing.
