Penza designer Alexander Gorshkov developed the idea of creating an aircraft that will combine helicopter, airplane, and bionic mechanisms. The apparatus he invented has a fixed wing.

According to the development documentation, the main biplane-type wing creates lift. The outer ends of the upper and lower consoles were connected by plates, so that together the two planes form a box.

The engine is recessed into the fuselage; it drives a propeller in the nose. The propeller itself is unusual, with variable blade pitch and a swashplate — this unit is present in any helicopter and allows changing the direction of flight. Gorshkov's aircraft is controlled by the propeller in terms of pitch and yaw.

In the nose there is an additional small wing with adjustable lift. Although Gorshkov himself does not specify this, the aircraft is made according to the rare 'canard' scheme.
