The Arbitration Court of the Rostov Region recovered 141.3 million rubles from PAO "United Aircraft Corporation" in favor of AO "Aluminium Metallurg Rus". Of these, 140.1 million is the principal debt for the delivered goods, 1.2 million is a penalty, and another 1.2 million is state duty expenses.

The supply agreement was concluded on February 22, 2024. The supplier fulfilled its obligations, but did not receive payment, and the claim remained unanswered — the case went to court.
OAK did not dispute the principal debt, only the amount of the penalty. Initially, the supplier demanded 1.8 million, after OAK's counter-calculation, the amount decreased to 1.2 million for the period from May 7 to August 4, 2026.
According to Vladimir Khantimirov, managing partner of the Asterisk law firm, over the past two years, more than 120 lawsuits have been filed against OAK under supply contracts. "Aluminium Metallurg Rus" alone filed three lawsuits in 2026 for approximately 515 million rubles.
