Deliveries of updated SJ-100 "Superjets" with domestic engines to Russian airlines may begin in 2026. This was reported by the Rostec press service.
Earlier, the United Engine Corporation handed over additional PD-8 engines for the certification of the "Superjet."
The certification testing program includes hundreds of flights. Its implementation is the key to the safety and reliability of aviation equipment. We expect that deliveries of new "Superjets" to airlines will start in 2026.
