The mobile application "Gosuslugi Auto" is used by 20 million people. This was announced by a representative of the Ministry of Digital Development. Over the past year, the monthly audience of the service has grown by 30%.
"Gosuslugi Auto" combines key digital services for drivers. In the application, you can upload electronic documents, process an accident online, apply for an OSAGO payment (445 thousand traffic accidents have already been processed and 106 thousand applications for OSAGO compensation have been submitted) and contact other car owners. Almost 1 million driver chats have been created in the application.
Most often, drivers report to each other about blocked passage (48.7%), headlights on (11.1%) and an open car window (10.5%).
To date, users have added 16.1 million electronic vehicle registration certificates and 11.2 million driver's licenses. The ability to present electronic vehicle registration certificates and licenses to traffic police officers is still in pilot operation. The inspector has the right to request paper documents.
Men make up 72% of the application's audience. The average age of users, both men and women, is from 34 to 44 years. Geographically, "Gosuslugi Auto" is most often used in Moscow and the Moscow region, St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region, the Krasnodar Territory, the Sverdlovsk and Samara regions.
