The new motorcycle market has been growing for 34 consecutive months, with the last decline recorded in February 2023.

The main growth factor was the expansion of supply due to more affordable Chinese models, which replaced European, Japanese, and American brands that had left the market.

The share of Chinese motorcycles reached 72.2% in 2025, compared to 70.5% the previous year. The market leader remains the Regulmoto brand — 9,500 motorcycles sold, which corresponds to about 19% of the market. Next are Racer (4,300), Motoland (4,200), Voge (3,400), and Kayo (2,400). The Indian brand Bajaj also sold more than 2,000 units.

The most popular model of 2025 was the Motoland XF300 with a result of 3,300 units sold. The previous year's leader, Racer RC300 (2,000), dropped to second place, and Regulmoto Sport (1,700) became third. The Voge DS and Regulmoto TE models also exceeded the 1,000 sales mark.

Almost every fifth new motorcycle was sold in Moscow or the Moscow region — the total share of the regions was 21%. The top five largest markets also included St. Petersburg, the Krasnodar Territory, and the Sverdlovsk Region.
