The Ural Civil Aviation Plant (UZGA) intends to challenge the decision of the Federal Tax Service after the enterprise was found to have violated tax laws. The court of first instance refused to recognize the additional charges as illegal.
The problem is that UZGA attributed money from loans and subsidies to ordinary activities, although according to the law they should be attributed to the special economic zone "Titanium Valley", where the plant operates.
The tax authorities decided that aircraft manufacturers should pay more than 43 million rubles. The court of first instance agreed with this conclusion - the plant needed loans and subsidies to work on contracts with the state, for example, for the production of drones, Diamond DA-42T aircraft, L-410, Bell 407 helicopters and maintenance of equipment.
Representatives of UZGA tried to explain that only production activities can be carried out in the zone, but the court found that this does not prevent the use of money for loans and subsidies. Now the aircraft factory is preparing to appeal.
As a reminder, UZGA is building light-engine LMS-901 "Baikal" aircraft. It is assumed that the aircraft will be put into operation in 2026. Earlier, Senator Sergei Muratov hinted atthe problem with financing the new UZGA project.
