Bazalt, a company registered in Tula, has filed a lawsuit against the Yakovlev Corporation (part of Rostec). Information about the case appeared in the database of the Moscow Arbitration Court.
The amount of the claim is 16.3 million rubles. It concerns the recovery of the principal debt for the supplied products in the amount of 13.1 million rubles and interest. The meeting is scheduled for March 17.
PJSC "Yakovlev" is a leading Russian aircraft manufacturing company. It is engaged in the development of new aviation technology, including the MS-21-310, engineering support and modernization of previously designed aircraft.
JSC "Bazalt" is engaged in the production of mineral heat and sound insulation materials and products.
Certification tests of the import-substituted Superjet SJ-100 with PD-8 engines are in full swing.
