Crews of the long-range aviation of the Russian Aerospace Forces carried out a planned flight on Tu-95MS strategic missile carriers in the waters above the neutral waters of the Sea of Japan. According to the press service of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, the duration of the air mission exceeded 11 hours.
During the task, Russian bombers were escorted by Su-35S and Su-30SM fighters, which provided cover in the airspace.
