The Ural Civil Aviation Plant (UZGA) needs a large number of new employees. The company's press service has published new vacancies.
For example, the plant promises training and a salary of up to 75 thousand rubles to an aircraft radio and electrical equipment installer, and up to 35 thousand rubles to a handyman.
An applicant for the position of leading production planning engineer can expect 120 thousand rubles, and a process engineer in the labor and material consumption rationing bureau — up to 85 thousand rubles.
As a reminder, UZGA is the manufacturer of the new light aircraft LMS-901 "Baikal", which is designed to replace the Soviet An-2 on intraregional routes.
Senator Sergey Muratov stated that UZGA had reached the final stage of production of "Baikal", but the project needs to be provided with funding.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade noted that the first flight of the LMS-901 "Baikal" with a domestic VK-800 engine will take place before the end of 2025.
