Enforcement proceedings initiated against the manufacturer of PS-90A and PD-14: the plant was intended to be bankrupted

The case of "ODK-Perm Motors" is being handled by the Federal Bailiff Service Directorate for the Perm Territory

The enterprise "ODK — Perm Motors" (part of the United Engine Corporation, part of the Rostec Group) has become a defendant in a new enforcement proceeding. Bailiffs have begun collecting more than 10 million rubles under a court decision in favor of Lamart, a company from St. Petersburg.

The writ of execution was received by the department of bailiffs for the Sverdlovsky district of Perm. According to their open data, Lamart LLC is engaged in wholesale trade, showed revenue of 182.1 million rubles and net profit of 25.67 million rubles last year.

In total, three active enforcement proceedings have been registered against ODK-Perm Motors. In addition, the company is listed as a defendant in 128 lawsuits for a total amount of 1.28 billion rubles (data as of mid-October).

ODK — Perm Motors manufactures engines for civil aviation, as well as industrial gas turbine units for power plants and gas transportation.

The company's production line includes PL-8 engines for SJ-100, PD-14 for MS-21-310 and PS-90A for Il-96. In addition, ODK-Perm Motors is working on the promising PD-35 engine.

A few days ago, it became known that due to a debt of 7.5 million rubles, Ulyanovsk "Interstankoservice" filed an application to declare Perm Motors bankrupt.

Earlier www1.ru reported that a Rostec commission with Serdyukov and UAC visited the production of the PD-8 engine.
