Wildberries has released its own messenger, WB Chat, to the public. The company did not make an official announcement: the working client can already be downloaded from the App Store and Google Play.

Login is done via WB ID. The list of chats is divided into tabs "All", "Chats", "Groups" and "Channels", and you can create a group or your own channel directly from a blank screen. The profile includes an avatar, name, status and username selection, with "Favorites" and chat folders separately listed.
Navigation is assembled into a floating panel of three icons: profile, chats, and settings. Functions include photo and video sharing, message forwarding, replies, statuses, and voice message transcription.
The app's publisher on Google Play is listed as WB FZE with an address in the Hamriyah Free Zone in the Emirate of Sharjah (UAE). The service is currently in beta testing, and errors are possible.
In addition to the App Store and Google Play, the app is available on RuStore, and there is also a web version. Earlier, Wildberries CEO Tatyana Kim said that after launching in Russia, the messenger is planned to be brought to foreign markets.
