Since the beginning of 2025, the digital assistant Denis (a Telegram chatbot) of the Ministry of Health of the Moscow Region has saved more than 800,000 patient medical histories (anamnesis). This information is collected during online appointments with a doctor and automatically goes into the citizen's medical record. This was announced by the head of the department, Maxim Zabelin.
We have a chatbot Denis in Telegram, it conducts a survey about the patient's health. The specialist does not need to spend time filling out documents.
According to Zabelin, the Svetlana voice assistant with elements of artificial intelligence (AI) is also used in the Moscow region. The robot calls patients before visiting the doctor and asks them to confirm the appointment.
Thus, polyclinics control the schedule and, in case of changes, can register another patient at this time, the minister explained. Since the beginning of 2025, the Svetlana voice assistant has reminded patients about their scheduled visit to the doctor more than 1.7 million times, he added.
