LOMO modernizes optical production with two new Russian machines

JSC "LOMO", part of the Kalashnikov Concern, has purchased two modern domestic machines to replace outdated equipment. The modernization of the machine park is part of the enterprise's development strategy.

The LSh380VF2K surface grinding machine is equipped with Russian software and allows simultaneous processing of parts of different sizes. It provides high precision and speed for serial processing of flat optical surfaces.

The second machine, the ZL10AMF2 universal cylindrical grinding machine, is designed for preliminary rounding of the outer and inner diameters of products. The automated system opens up new possibilities for processing optical parts of various configurations.

The modernization is aimed not only at improving the quality and volume of manufactured products, but also at improving working conditions. The new equipment makes workplaces more comfortable, ergonomic, and safe for employees.
