The Interdistrict Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service of Russia No. 7 for the Omsk Region has filed a lawsuit with the Arbitration Court of the Novosibirsk Region to declare bankrupt the manufacturer of the light multipurpose aircraft TВС-2МS, the company Rusaviaprom. The amount of the claim is 26.1 million rubles.
The court has not yet accepted the claim for consideration.
The Rusaviaprom website states that the enterprise was created in 2011 for the project of modernizing the An-2 aircraft by installing a five-blade propeller and an engine from Honeywell.
Later, both the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Industry and Trade appointed Rusaviaprom as the manufacturer of the light aircraft TВС-2МS.
As a reminder, the TВС-2МS is equipped with a Honeywell TFE331-12 turboprop engine with a capacity of 1100 hp. Cruising speed is 200 km/h, maximum speed is up to 250 km/h.
The maximum take-off weight of the TВС-2МS reaches 5500 kg, the payload is up to 1500 kg, and the cabin capacity is up to 12 people.
