The «Lengiprorechtrans» Company won the tenders for the design of a yacht club located on Petrovskaya Kosa in St. Petersburg. The company won two contracts for 83 and 80 million rubles.
Contracts with LLC «Leningrad Design Institute for River Transport» were signed on January 27. The purchase for 80 million rubles includes the design of a multifunctional complex of an educational and training base of an interuniversity student yacht club with the adaptation of cultural heritage sites.
For 83 million rubles, a building of an educational and training base, a boathouse and a garage will be built. The completion dates for the contracts are until October 28, 2026.
The multifunctional complex will include exhibition areas, open-plan rooms with an area of 1250 m², administrative and household areas, as well as yacht service areas of 860 m² and 650 m². The building will also house a catering unit. Additionally, sports areas and a medical center with an area of 1260 m² with a therapeutic pool of 10x8 meters, as well as a sauna and physiotherapy rooms are provided.
LLC «Lengiprorechtrans» has been operating since November 2, 2010 and is registered in St. Petersburg. In 2024, revenue amounted to 84.9 million rubles, which is 1.6% more compared to 2023. However, net profit decreased from 3.2 million to 340 thousand rubles.
The project for the construction of an interuniversity student yacht club was approved at a meeting in the St. Petersburg government in December 2025. The scope of work includes expanding the territory of the existing yacht club and restoring cultural heritage sites on the site.
Additional costs for moving 60 yachts from Petrovskaya Kosa to the marina in Gorskaya are estimated at 5 million rubles. Transportation costs for containers will amount to 350 thousand rubles, and keel blocks — 1.5 million. Yachtsmen expressed dissatisfaction with the high transportation costs.
