At the "Transport of Russia" exhibition, Rosaviatsiya presented a new information system, FGIS "Aviasert". The system is designed to automate administrative certification processes, including new Russian aircraft MC-21 and SSJ 100, as well as other types of aircraft. The head of Rosaviatsiya, Dmitry Yadrov, reported to the Chairman of the Government, Mikhail Mishustin, on the goals of creating the system and its advantages.
The agency notes that the transition to a digital platform will optimize the document approval process and speed up the introduction of new aircraft to the market. Thanks to the automation of key stages, the time for reviewing applications is significantly reduced, and the likelihood of errors in the preparation of documents is minimized.
FGIS "Aviasert" will also ensure transparency and control at all stages of certification, which will increase the confidence of manufacturers and reduce the administrative burden on companies. The system is integrated with existing Rosaviatsiya databases, which will allow participants in the process to work in a single digital space without the need to exchange paper documents.
Rosaviatsiya plans to further develop the platform, including the introduction of functionality for online tracking of application status and notifications of changes in certification requirements, which will make the process more convenient for manufacturers and speed up access to innovative equipment to the Russian market.
Rosaviatsiya also noted that Rostec Group is postponing the partial localization of the MC-21 in the UAE, but retains plans to export the aircraft to other countries.
Earlier, www1.ru reported that the Russian Il-114-300 aircraft is undergoing tests on schedule and production plans have not changed.
