Baikal International Airport in the capital of Buryatia has received a new modern apron tow truck model WGQY15, according to Dmitry Garmaev, head of the air harbor.
According to him, the 15-ton tow truck is designed for towing aircraft.
Capable of working with aircraft weighing up to 150 tons, including Boeing 737, Airbus A320/A321, МС-21, Tu-204/214, and Embraer-170/190.
The equipment manufacturer has equipped the tow truck with reliable units from global brands. Garmaev noted that WGQY15 will allow for more efficient and safe servicing of aircraft, including at parking stands with telescopic passenger boarding bridges.
In addition, the introduction of new equipment into operation will improve the efficiency and safety of aircraft ground handling.
