\"Ilyushin\" abandoned the construction of a new plant for PD-14 and PD-8 nacelles due to lack of funds

The project of the Voronezh enterprise was suspended indefinitely

PJSC \"Il\" abandoned the construction of a new building for nacelles in Voronezh as part of the creation of a center of specialization in the manufacture of components for PD-8 and PD-14 aircraft engines in the Maslovsky industrial park. The reason was the lack of funding.

The company explained that due to the monetary issue, construction at the park site was canceled, and the equipment is planned to be placed at the existing facilities of the branch - the Voronezh Aircraft Plant.

Previously, the authorities and the company expected to launch a large-scale project in the region for the production of nacelles for PD-14 and PD-8 engines, which are used in domestic MS-21 and SSJ-NEW aircraft.

For this, the managing director of PJSC \"Il,\" Daniil Brenerman, and the governor of the Voronezh region, Alexander Gusev, signed a letter of intent back in 2023. Then the project was estimated at 9.3 billion rubles, it was planned to build a production building with an area of 67 thousand square meters, and the launch of production was scheduled for 2026.

Just a few days ago, it became known that the Voronezh energy company \"Atomsbyt\" filed a lawsuit for 32.6 million rubles against PJSC \"Il.\"

PJSC \"Il\" is part of the United Aircraft Corporation (UAC). According to its own data, the authorized capital of the aircraft plant is 12.1 billion rubles, the main activity is the production of aircraft.

Earlier www1.ru reported that \"ODK-Klimov\" revealed all stages of production of aircraft engines for Il-114-300 and \"Ansat\".
