The Voronezh energy company "Atomsbyt" has initiated a new lawsuit against PJSC "Ilyushin Aviation Complex" with a branch in Voronezh (VASO aircraft plant). They want to recover 32.6 million rubles from PJSC "Il".
The new lawsuit was filed with the Arbitration Court of the Voronezh Region, the information appeared in the file of arbitration cases.
The company wants to recover 32.6 million rubles from PJSC "Il". The details of the lawsuit are not yet known, the next meeting is scheduled for October 28. Thus, the total amount of Atomsbyt's claims against the enterprise reached 68 million rubles, including past claims.
PJSC "Il" is a design bureau that develops, tests and certifies aviation equipment. The production of Il aircraft is carried out by PJSC "VASO" (Voronezh Joint Stock Aircraft Building Company) and the branch of PJSC "Il" - "Aviastar".
Among the company's key products are Il-76, Il-78, Il-112V and A-50 military transport aircraft, as well as passenger aircraft - Il-96, Il-114-300, Il-103.
