Honored Pilot of Russia Oleg Smirnov Called for Changes in Personnel Policy in the Industry

The Russian aviation industry needs global administrative changes. This was stated by Honored Pilot Oleg Smirnov.

According to him, the current personnel policy in the aviation industry has led to incompetent people coming to power, which harms the development of the sector.

Until we solve this problem, we will not change for the better. Aircraft construction and civil aviation require highly professional leadership. Aviation is the only mode of transport operating in isolation from the ground, and we were taken and attached to the railways.

Smirnov stated that in its current state, Rosaviatsiya has practically no influence on the aviation industry.

The head of the United Aircraft Corporation (UAC), Vadim Badeha, noted that the main task of the aviation industry at present is to produce competitive aircraft.

Earlier, www1.ru reported that ODK has registered a regulator and protection unit for PD-8, PD-14 and PD-35 engines.
