The Head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, Anton Alikhanov, visited the Ural Civil Aviation Plant (UZGA), where he was shown the operation of the enterprise's engine test station, where the latest VK-800SM turboprop engine is being tested.

The Minister inspected the heavy engine production workshop and a new multifunctional production complex created for work with the TVRS-44 Ladoga regional aircraft, the LMS-901 Baikal, and the UTS-800 training aircraft.

Currently, the first fuselage of the Ladoga turboprop regional aircraft is being worked on in the new multifunctional production complex of JSC "UZGA" — the aircraft will be equipped with functional units and systems.
