At the international industrial exhibition "Innoprom-2026" in Yekaterinburg, the autonomous electric platform "Elli" with a robotic manipulator, capable of performing logistics and production tasks without human intervention, was presented for the first time. The development was introduced by the UralVagonZavod concern.
The complex is designed for use in "smart factories" – production systems where equipment and digital technologies interact in real time, exchanging data and working as a single unit.
"Elli" is an electric mobile platform with fully autonomous control and navigation based on machine vision. The system is designed to operate in confined spaces of production facilities and warehouses, where traditional equipment loses efficiency.
The lifting capacity reaches 3 tons with compact dimensions, and the modular architecture allows the platform to be used as transport, a crane system, a cleaning or specialized industrial module. According to the developers, the transition between tasks is carried out by replacing attachments without changing the base platform.
A key element of the demonstration model was a robotic manipulator, expanding the platform's functionality to the level of an autonomous operator inside the workshop. This allows "Elli" not only to move goods but also to perform precise technological operations.
The platform is integrated with a proprietary charging infrastructure, forming a single automated complex. Recharging occurs without personnel involvement, ensuring a continuous cycle of equipment operation.
The product line includes stations with a capacity of up to 150 kW, allowing the charge to be replenished up to 80% in approximately 20 minutes. Integration with video analytics systems, environmental monitoring, and wireless access is also announced.
