The company 3mx has released a new update for the fourth version of the "Bulat" drone detector, which allows detecting signals from unmanned aerial vehicles in the rare 7.2 GHz band. This was announced by the company's CEO, Ayrat Islamov.
According to him, the "Bulat" was initially designed with a large margin of capabilities - a range of up to 8 GHz. At the same time, the detector emits nothing into the air, operating in passive mode.
The third and fourth versions use omnidirectional antennas that scan the radio spectrum 360 degrees around, detecting and identifying the main models of UAVs, including DJI, Autel, and FPV drones.
Also, "Bulat" will be able to accurately not only detect, but also identify unmanned aerial vehicles and drones, includingheavy hexacopters like "Baba Yaga".
