Oktava DM company (a technology partner of Rostec) has opened a new audio device production facility in Tula. Digital wireless radio systems and professional acoustics will be manufactured here, the state corporation's press service reported.
A capsule assembly workshop has been set up on an area of more than 1,000 m². This is the main element of a microphone, converting an acoustic signal into an electrical one.
The production line is equipped with machines for automated and manual installation of microchips on boards, advanced CNC milling and turning machines, a sheet bending press, and a laser cutting unit.
Finished products are sent to the metrology and technical quality control department. They are checked using a high-precision audio analyzer.
Stalnova emphasized that all Oktava DM products are assembled from domestically produced components. This helps reduce dependence on foreign suppliers of audio equipment.
We have created a full-cycle production facility where we can manage quality at every stage, from printed circuit board design to final testing of the finished device.
