Khabarovsk Airport is preparing for the start of the autumn-winter season. An important event will be the opening of a new international destination: now residents of the Far East will be able to fly to Kalibo, the main transport hub on Boracay Island. This was announced by the airport's press service.
The airline "IrAero" is starting flights on a new route. For this route, the carrier will use a Sukhoi Superjet 100 aircraft with a 100-seat cabin.
A technical stop is expected in the Chinese city of Ningbo. The total travel time to the destination will be approximately 8 hours 30 minutes.
The first flight on this route from Khabarovsk Airport is scheduled for October 28. Flights will be operated every week on Tuesdays at 6:40 local time.
