The acceptance of the galley on the longliner-processor "Marlin" has been successfully completed at the "Severnaya Verf" Shipyard of USC. The new galley features well-thought-out ergonomics and safety, and is equipped with everything necessary for the comfortable work of the crew, including convenient cabinets, modern appliances, and professional equipment.
The equipment we received requires modification for installation on a specific ship. Although it was originally designed as universal, each vessel still has its own peculiarities. For example, not every new piece of equipment is suitable for all types of ships.
"There are certain nuances and secrets that help prevent equipment breakdowns during rolling," noted Andrey Nikolaevich. "We must secure the equipment so that it does not move or fall during a storm."
The vessel "Marlin" is specially equipped for operation in ice conditions. A modern fish processing factory operates on board, capable of simultaneously producing fish fillets and canned goods. The galley, designed taking into account all ergonomic and safety requirements, is the result of careful development.
