The new galley features thoughtful ergonomics and safety, and is equipped with everything necessary for the comfortable work of the crew, including comfortable cabinets, modern appliances, and professional equipment.
The equipment we received requires modification for installation on a specific ship. Although it was originally designed as universal, each vessel still has its own peculiarities. For example, not every new piece of equipment is suitable for all types of ships.
"There are certain nuances and secrets that help prevent instrument failures during rolling," said Andrei Nikolaevich. "We must secure the equipment so that it does not move or fall during a storm."
The vessel "Marlin" is specially equipped for operation in ice conditions. A modern fish processing factory operates on board, capable of simultaneously producing fish fillets and canned goods. The galley, designed taking into account all ergonomic and safety requirements, is the result of careful study.
