In the final assembly shop of the "Yakovlev" production center in Komsomolsk-on-Amur, work has begun on the VS-97107 aircraft (SJ-100) using a fully import-substituted stand for docking the detachable parts of the aircraft wing.
The first docking using this stand took place on the VS-97106 aircraft, and now it is actively used in the assembly of subsequent Superjet series aircraft.
"Yakovlev" noted that the new stand is fully supported and serviced by a Russian manufacturer.
Unlike the stationary imported analogue, the new stand is equipped with roll-in parts, which increases its mobility, ease of use, and provides the possibility of quick transportation if necessary, minimizing time and financial costs.
Modern equipment allows for highly accurate connection of the detachable part of the wing to the main body of the aircraft.
The docking process includes several stages. Initially, precise installation and alignment of the wing position are performed, then reliable fastening is carried out using specialized fasteners, and then a meticulous quality control of the connection is performed.
Earlier www1.ru reported that unique thrust reverser grilles with electric drive were invented for the PD-14 aircraft engine.
