Wildberries has launched a pilot project, WB Taxi, in Minsk. This was reported by the press service of the merged company Wildberries & Russ.
Wildberries is launching beta testing of WB Taxi in Minsk, the purpose of which is to test the new service among potential users, evaluate the application's performance, and check its functionality in a production environment.
The first users of the new taxi ordering service are marketplace customers. The final stage of testing, which will take several months, includes searching for areas for improvement, collecting feedback, and assessing the product's compliance with expectations before launching to a wide audience, the company said.
Beta testers will be able to influence the development of the WB Taxi service. Their suggestions will help improve the product, make it more convenient, and establish interaction between passengers, drivers, and carriers.
The WB Taxi service uses its own navigation system, created specifically for the needs of users. WB maps take into account all their needs, making ordering a taxi and the trip itself as convenient and understandable as possible.
The philosophy and priority for the project team is the comfort of passengers and the convenience of the service for drivers; it is important for us that the product enters the market as closely as possible to the expectations of the audience. We are launching extensive testing among users to collect the most objective feedback. Any marketplace client can get into the beta test; it is enough to leave an application, which will be processed in order of priority.
Earlier, Beeline and Wildberries & Russ entered into a partnership to create an investigation system. They will develop new methods for analyzing and anti-fraud monitoring of data on fraudulent calls and suspicious transactions. This is expected to save marketplace users more than 60 million rubles annually.
