Размером более 1 миллиона километров: Солнце вновь выбросило гигантский протуберанец

The ejection was recorded between 9 AM and 2 PM Moscow time

For the sixth time in the past week, the Sun has ejected a massive plasma structure exceeding 1 million kilometers in size. This was reported by the Solar Astronomy Laboratory of IKI and ISZF.

A new giant plasma structure, larger than a million kilometers, ejected towards the northern pole of the solar system between 9 AM and 2 PM Moscow time. The ejection associated with the prominence is clearly visible in today's video with a comet in the left part of the frame.

Just a day before, a similar ejection was recorded at the southern pole of the Sun. Over the past week, astronomers have observed at least six similar phenomena, but none of them have affected Earth.
