Мультиагентные AI-системы внедряются Сбером в сферу инкассации

New technologies enhance the security and efficiency of valuables transportation, reducing risks and optimizing processes

Sberbank continues to actively develop artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, implementing them in cash collection processes. At the XV All-Russian Competition of Cash Collectors and Security in Nizhny Tagil, Stanislav Kuznetsov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Sberbank, spoke about new AI solutions that are already being used in the work.

Multi-agent AI systems help at all stages — from route planning to customer interaction. Algorithms analyze traffic conditions, monitor crew preparation, and even predict potential risks.

Our intelligent assistants are multifunctional helpers for cash collectors. AI agents analyze routes, monitor the preparation of crews, monitor the situation, and help interact with customers at a qualitatively new level. This is a serious breakthrough that reduces risks, increases efficiency and reliability.
Stanislav Kuznetsov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Sberbank

Special attention is paid to the synergy of technology and human experience. At the competition in Nizhny Tagil, cash collectors demonstrated shooting, driving, and first aid skills, confirming that the professionalism of employees remains a key link in security. The new stage of the competition — the "Team Relay Race" — showed how the coordinated work of people and AI can minimize risks.

According to Sber representatives, the introduction of AI agents has already led to a reduction in application processing time and increased logistics accuracy. Technologies also help to respond more quickly to emergency situations, reducing the influence of the human factor.
