Космические спутники и авиатехнику запитают по-новому: в России разработали опытные образцы гибридных микросборок

Microassemblies are needed for heat dissipation

Novosibirsk State Technical University has developed prototypes of hybrid microassemblies designed for power supply systems in the space and aviation industries. This was announced by the head of the Power Electronics Design Center, Sergey Kharitonov.

We have already assembled hybrid microassemblies, and this year, we expect their industrial production to begin not with us, but at serial production enterprises.

Kharitonov noted that engineers have developed microassemblies that can be used in power supply systems for space and aircraft. These miniature devices are like tiny boards with electronics without protective cases.

The head of the center said that the assemblies are necessary for heat dissipation. Thanks to the use of hybrid microassemblies, devices become more compact and efficient. Microassemblies serve as DC-DC converters for satellites, aircraft, and high-power energy storage devices.

Earlier in Novosibirsk, an automatic device for multi-stage control of asynchronous motor starting was created. It delays the external signal to turn on the motor and checks the network parameters. The development has been patented, and specialists plan to test it in the near future.
