The first ship of the MPKS (small passenger cruise ship) project "Gavriil Romanovich Derzhavin" set off to its home port in Samara. This was reported by the press service of the GTLK.
The ship was built by specialists from "R-Fleet". It is suitable for servicing local and suburban lines of inland waterways. The ship can accommodate up to 240 passengers.
Two ships of the MPKS project were laid down in July 2022. Sea trials of the lead ship took place in July 2024.
