Depending on the complexity of the parts, the efficiency of metal processing systems will be increased by 40-50%, and for some operations, even several times over. At the same time, CNC machines, that is, with numerical program control, operate according to the program embedded in them. They do not require the constant presence of an operator nearby, which saves resources.
The Ramenskoye Instrument-Making Plant of the "Radioelectronic Technologies" concern of Rostec received industrial support in the form of CNC machines. This is one of the leading enterprises in the Russian aviation industry for the production of modern flight and navigation instruments, systems and complexes for military and civil aviation.
The plant's immediate plans include strengthening the machine tool equipment fleet across all groups: turning, milling, grinding, and EDM. This will increase the plant's power capabilities in terms of mechanical processing of products, fully ensuring the fulfillment of the production plan.
The plant is provided with orders, its production facilities are fully loaded, so any new equipment is immediately included in the production process after commissioning.
The first batch of CNC machines in mechanical production has already been included in the production chain, and it will be fully installed and launched very soon.
