The base of the design is a semi-trailer truck with a 6x6 wheel arrangement and a semi-trailer with an active drive. The semi-trailer can be of various purposes: a medical center, a dining room, an educational lecture hall, and so on.

The 72 kW active drive of the semi-trailer helps to overcome difficult sections along the way, it is powered by its own 100 kW diesel generator set. The tractor itself has two fuel tanks, which are enough for a distance of up to 500 km.

Earlier, the car factory presented the Arctic bus "Arktika" for the development of the Far North, which was also helped by specialists from SUSU and MSTU named after E. Bauman. Inside the first Russian Arctic bus there is climate control, a toilet and even sockets for smartphones for each of the passengers.
