Next year, tariffs for telecommunications, internet, and cable TV may increase by 15% or more, which is confirmed by a survey of Russian telecommunications companies. 

As stated by the TelcomDaily agency, 82% of respondents warn about rising prices. At the same time, none of the company representatives reported a reduction in tariff costs. 

Among the main reasons for the rise in prices are increased costs due to the imposition of sanctions against Russia by the US and the EU. Telecommunication equipment has risen in price, and the purchase of spare parts for it has also become problematic due to logistical difficulties. 

In addition, tariffs are affected by the general deterioration of the economic situation in the country (inflation, fluctuations in the ruble exchange rate against foreign currency, an increase in the key rate by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation), the departure of Western vendors. 

Against this background, internet traffic continues to rise in Russia - up to +15% annually, which requires improvement of telecommunications infrastructure. And it is impossible to maintain the quality of services provided to citizens without indexation of tariffs, summed up the operators.
