The Ministry of Property and Land Relations of the Nizhny Novgorod Region has filed a lawsuit against JSC "Nizhny Novgorod Plant of the 70th Anniversary of Victory". The enterprise is part of the Almaz-Antey defense concern and produces launchers and wheeled vehicles for the latest S-500 "Prometey" anti-aircraft missile systems.

The company was demanded to pay 681,884.32 rubles. Since the lawsuit came from the department, the essence of the case may be a possible debt for the lease of state land plots or the use of regional property.

The case is being considered under simplified proceedings. This means that the proceedings will take place without summoning the parties and holding large-scale hearings, based on the submitted documents.

The Nizhny Novgorod plant assembles "Prometey" launchers, radar complexes, and control vehicles. Some of their equipment is mounted on other types of chassis.

Earlier it became known that the company "Akonstrans" will become the contractor for the construction of a new factory for the production of solid-state microwave electronics "Karat" in the Sverdlovsk region. All work will be completed by 2027, and the plant will begin to build chips for anti-aircraft radars.
