Court Sentences Distributor OOO "Radioavtomatika" in Fraud Case

The former head of OOO "Radioavtomatika", Vladimir Ivanov, was sentenced to 8 years in prison for large-scale fraud. The court established the embezzlement from the Central Research Radio Engineering Institute named after Academician A. I. Berg (TsNIRTI).

According to court documents, the case involved contracts totaling approximately 1.2 billion rubles, concluded with TsNIRTI, which is part of the Almaz-Antey concern. This concern produces modern air defense systems, including the S-400 "Triumf" and S-500 "Prometey".

The investigation found that during the procurement of foreign electronic components, the cost of supplies was inflated by approximately 283 million rubles.

The contracts provided for the supply of components for the needs of the military-space industry, including military and space category products.
