The construction of a new aviation plant in Russia to increase the production rate of the popular MC-21-310, SJ-100, and Tu-214 aircraft in the civilian segment will cost at least 300 billion rubles. These estimates were provided by economist and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Transinvest LLC, Dmitry Semenov.
According to him, the construction of new plants is a very difficult task, but quite solvable with the right approach.
For example, it is possible to build a full-cycle aviation enterprise with investment injections from the state. Such a plant may cost 300-500 billion rubles.
It is worth understanding that expanding old aviation enterprises requires economic potential and the injection of investment funds. The main issue is the development and implementation of domestic components.
At the same time, Semenov found it difficult to name even an approximate price range for the technical modernization and re-equipment of existing enterprises. Each of them has its own specific problems that need to be considered separately.
