Первого ИИ-ассистента для обращения к мировым судьям создали в России

Sber and the Ministry of Justice of the Amur Region have developed a unique platform for automating judicial processes

A project has been launched in Russia to develop the first AI assistant designed to help citizens appeal to justices of the peace. Sber's team, in collaboration with the Ministry of Justice of the Amur Region, presented the solution at the international AI Journey conference. The innovative platform, based on the GigaChat neural network model, has become the first digital assistant for interacting with justices of the peace.

The development combines several artificial intelligence technologies. The main element of the system is the AI assistant based on GigaChat. It helps citizens understand how to access the services of justices of the peace and connects the necessary services for recognizing and structuring documents.

The SberCRM cloud platform coordinates all tasks and citizen requests. The GigaLegal legal system, operating on the basis of the GigaChat API, generates responses based on current regulatory legal acts. The service will help to understand numerous legal issues, such as alimony, divorces, debt disputes, and consumer protection.

Today, residents of Blagoveshchensk and the region can contact justices of the peace using the AI assistant through official websites. The neural network advises on how to file documents with the court and reports on the status of cases. The AI assistant will be able to handle up to 90% of requests, and artificial intelligence will independently draw up a statement of claim if the user sends photos of their documents. You can also sign up for consultations and receive copies of court decisions through the service.
