Russian company Smart Engines has introduced an updated AI agent for HR departments, capable of processing up to 100 sets of employment documents in one minute. Each set includes 12 documents, such as a passport, SNILS, TIN, employment record, military ID, registry office certificates, and education diploma.
A feature of the system is its versatility: the agent can recognize documents not only from the Russian Federation and the CIS, but also from China, India, Pakistan, and more than 230 other countries, including handwritten forms. The technology is useful when hiring foreign employees, allowing HR professionals not to waste time studying the structure and formats of foreign documents.
The AI agent works without video cards, processes data locally on a computer, smartphone, or server, and does not transmit it to cloud services. According to Vladimir Arlazorov, CEO of Smart Engines, the system takes on routine tasks, works faster than a human, and ensures the same accuracy in processing various types of documents.
The new technology allows HR departments to reduce the time spent on employee registration, minimize errors, and reduce the bureaucratic burden. This is especially important for large companies with a large number of new employees and when working with international documents.
