The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation has filed a lawsuit against the Kaluga-based enterprise "Typhoon" in the Arbitration Court of Moscow. The military department demanded the recovery of 117 million 983 thousand rubles. The application was registered on July 18, and the court began its consideration on the 23rd.
According to the case files, the reason for the dispute is listed as "other economic disputes arising from civil legal relations."
The "Typhoon" enterprise was founded in 1994 in Kaluga and is engaged in the production of high-tech radio-electronic equipment. Key areas of activity include navigation equipment, radar systems, and remote control technology. Andrey Petrakov has been the head of "Typhoon" since 2016.
JSC "Typhoon" is a manufacturer of "Rubezh" coastal defense missile systems (CDMS) with the latest Kh-35UE missiles. The complex is based on the MZKT-7930 chassis, which ensures high mobility and the possibility of deployment in various coastal areas.
Earlier, www1.ru reported that the cruiser "Admiral Nakhimov" with "Caliber", "Zircon", and "Onyx" missiles has completed its repairs.
