The Information and Coordination Center of the Ministry of Transport of Russia has released instructions for Aeroflot passengers

You can find out the flight status using the QR code, and rebook or return the ticket within the next 10 days

The Information and Coordination Center of the Ministry of Transport of Russia has published instructions for passengers of Aeroflot flights, which was previously subjected to a hacker attack. You can track the flight status using the "Find Your Flight" QR code in the sterile areas.

You can also track the status of flights on the online scoreboard of Sheremetyevo Airport and on information boards in airport halls. To cancel or return tickets for flights, you must contact the Aeroflot call center or agents; ticket offices will not be able to help with these issues. Passengers are encouraged to leave the sterile area; already registered baggage can be collected in the baggage claim area.
