Lev Gasanov, a well-known entrepreneur in Ulyanovsk, has started a lawsuit with the "Ulyanovsk Design Bureau of Instrument Engineering" (UKBP). The issue concerns debt for work performed on the reconstruction and re-equipment of production.
Gasanov demanded to recover 70.7 million rubles from JSC "UKBP" for debt for work performed, remuneration for a bank guarantee – 3.4 million rubles, a penalty of 266 thousand rubles, and a penalty up to the date of the decision.
The entrepreneur performed work on the object "Technical re-equipment and reconstruction of production to ensure the production of BREO (airborne radio-electronic equipment of the aircraft) from the objects MC-21, SSJ NEW, Il-96, Tu-214 and Il-114-300.
The parties concluded an agreement in September 2024, the work was to be performed in accordance with its requirements and SNiPs.
