Unified Register of Incidents to Be Created in Russia by 2027

The Ministry of Emergency Situations will be the operator of the new system

The government intends to create a unified state register of all incidents by January 1, 2027. The draft resolution was published on the federal portal of regulatory legal acts. The Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia will implement the project.

The Ministry will not only form the register but also provide methodological support to the system users. The database will collect and process data on incidents coming from regional 112 systems, which will create a centralized information base.

The project involves amending the decree on the system of emergency services under the single number 112. The explanatory note indicates that data on incidents placed in the new system will account for up to 70% of all registered incidents in the country.

Combining this data into a single resource will improve the coordination of emergency services and increase the efficiency of response to emergency situations.
