The development of the Ulyanovsk Design Bureau of Instrument Engineering (UKBP) of the "Radioelectronic Technologies" concern was presented for the first time at the KRET stand at the "Army-2024" forum.
The IM-133 indicator from KRET, which is part of the Rostec State Corporation, has small dimensions and its own satellite navigation module. It can:
- provide navigational support for the flight — the device is responsible for receiving and measuring air pressure parameters, measuring, calculating and displaying the parameters of the spatial position of the aircraft, and monitoring the operation of the power plant;
- be installed on all types of aircraft: from small aircraft to mainline airliners;
- store operational and technical documentation in memory for ease of maintenance — if necessary, it can be displayed on the display;
- download and update its software via a USB connector. The same connector allows you to connect test equipment to the indicator as needed.
As noted in UKBP, this domestic device essentially replaces the main functions of larger main flight navigation equipment in the cockpit.
The International Military-Technical Forum "Army-2024" is held in the Patriot Exhibition Center from August 12 to 14. This year, the "Army" forum is being held in a closed format for the first time: canceled all entertainment events and free access to exhibitions for viewers.
