The "Repellent" portable radar station was presented at the Army-2024 military-technical forum. It confidently determines the coordinates of even small drones, including the ubiquitous FPV drones.
"Repellent" is designed to detect and track ultra-small objects at a distance of up to 10 km, an altitude of up to 5 km, and a speed of up to 200 km/h.
The portable design ensures tactical autonomous use between settlements in combat conditions, as well as security measures. The narrow scanning beam ensures the station's stealth and reduces the risk of being hit by anti-radar missiles.
The station's autonomy is provided by a compact power source for 8 hours of intensive operation. Additionally, power from 220V networks and 12V automotive systems is provided.
Tactical and Technical Characteristics of the "Repellent" Radar System:
- Instrumental range — 15 km
- Deployment time — 5 minutes
- Number of simultaneously tracked targets — 256
- Type of antenna array — phased array antenna
- Scanning sector — 360 degrees
Elevation angle — 20 degrees
Earlier www1.ru reported that the latest "flying wing" type UAV was presented at Army-2024. The speed of the aircraft is up to 120 km/h, the communication range is 60 km, and the flight duration is up to 4.5 hours.
