AvtoVAZ has planned the release of a crossover based on the LADA Vesta sedan in 2026. The project has been named B-Сross.
The domestic auto giant has started working on localizing the component base for the new crossover and has opened tender procedures for suppliers. The head of AvtoVAZ, Maxim Sokolov, emphasized that the platform will be "practically new." According to him, the automaker has a large amount of work ahead.
As a reminder, in April, Sokolov said that the plant had finally decided on the final design of the crossover. The head of AvtoVAZ assured that the car would have a modern appearance.
