The Russian Biotechnological University (ROSBIOTECH) has demonstrated its innovative achievement — a wine drink close to vermouth, enriched with mushroom extract. According to information received from representatives of ROSBIOTECH, this drink promises not only a pleasant taste, but also a whole range of beneficial properties.
Scientists used wine material fermented with the fungus Eurotium cristatum and enriched it with bioadditives. This approach gave the drink additional beneficial properties. It is important to note that the product retains the taste, aroma and strength of the wine, which makes it unique in the market.
Professor of the Department of "Technology of Fermentation Industries and Winemaking" of ROSBIOTECH, Marina Moiseyak, emphasized the positive effect of the fungus Eurotium cristatum on the human body. The extract of this fungus activates metabolism, promotes weight loss and strengthens the immune system. An important point is that the drink has a beneficial effect on the pancreas, which is especially important for people prone to diabetes. This wine will also help those who want to cope with stress and increase efficiency.
Moiseyak shared that the fungus Eurotium cristatum has successfully passed tests in global studies, confirming its effectiveness in improving the body. This fungus stimulates metabolic processes, improves the absorption of nutrients and has a healing effect on the human stomach.
Two recipes for flavored wines close to vermouths have been created, which makes the drink even more attractive for connoisseurs of wine and health care.
