The Russian Biotechnology University (ROSBOTECH) demonstrated its innovative achievement - a vermouth-like wine drink enriched with fungal extract. According to information received from ROSBIOTECH representatives, this drink promises not only a pleasant taste but also a complex of beneficial properties.
Scientists used wine material fermented with Eurotium cristatum fungus and enriched it with dietary supplements. This approach has given the drink additional beneficial properties. It is important to note that the product retains the taste, aroma, and strength of the wine, which makes it unique in the market.
The professor of the Department of Fermentation Technology and Winemaking at ROSBIOTECH, Marina Moiseyak, emphasized the positive impact of the Eurotium cristatum fungus on the human body. The extract of this fungus activates metabolism, contributes to weight loss, and strengthens immunity. An important point - the drink has a beneficial effect on the pancreas, which is especially important for people prone to diabetes.
Moiseyak shared that the Eurotium cristatum fungus successfully passed trials in global studies, proving its effectiveness in improving health. This fungus stimulates metabolic processes, improves the absorption of nutrients, and has a health-promoting effect on the human stomach.
Two recipes for flavoured wines, similar to vermouths, have been created, making the drink even more attractive for wine connoisseurs and health care.
