The order includes 90 MC-21 aircraft for Aeroflot, 100 Tu-214s for S7 with deliveries starting after 2029, and at least 100 import-substituted SJ-100s.

Additionally, 20 regional Il-114-300s are planned for the Aurora airline.

The financial model of the program has been developed jointly with Sberbank. It is assumed that through leasing and government support, it will be possible to maintain the availability of transportation and support the growth of passenger traffic.

Head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade Anton Alikhanov admitted a shift in the MC-21 certification dates. At the end of March, Rosaviatsiya stated that the MC-21-310 should receive a type certificate in October 2026.

"The First Technical" calculated the required volume of aircraft production to meet Aeroflot's needs for 200 units by 2030.
